At My Capacity, we make it easy for professionals, families, and community members to refer someone who may benefit from our person-centred NDIS coordination and advocacy.

Whether you’re referring an individual navigating complex needs, someone facing cultural or language barriers, or a participant in need of dedicated coordination – we’re here to listen, respond, and support with care.

What to Expect?

Once a referral is received:

  • We make contact quickly – within 2 business days.
  • We listen – understanding the person’s situation, goals, and preferences.
  • We respond – with practical steps, personalised advice, and next steps for support.

  • Allied health workers and hospital teams
  • Support coordinators and LACs
  • Community organisations and advocacy services
  • Family members, carers, or friends
