What is Psychosocial Recovery Coaching?
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is an NDIS-funded support for people with a psychosocial disability – mental health conditions that can impact daily living, social connection, and long-term wellbeing. Recovery coaches work with you to increase independence, connect with services, and build the skills to manage challenges in your everyday life.
Our recovery coaches combine lived experience or mental health knowledge with strong coaching skills to help you:
- Understand and implement your NDIS plan
- Navigate the mental health system
- Build coping strategies and daily routines
- Connect with mental health supports, services, and community
- Set recovery goals and work toward them in a way that feels right for you
- Build resilience, self-agency, and hope
